Cancellation policy:

Regrettably a fee of £8 is charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of your allotted appointment time.  This fee will be added at your next appointment.  If your appointment is cancelled by The Therapy Room within 24 hours you will only be charged half price for your next appointment.

Late policy

If you arrive late for your appointment every effort will be made to continue with your treatment. However your appointment time may be cut short to accommodate other clients.

Payment methods:

Payments to The Therapy Room may be made by cheque or cash after your treatment session.
