Are you interested
in the Tarot and would like to learn more about how you
can use them in you everyday life to gain insight and
understanding about yourself. Explore the symbolism of
the Tarot and gain a greater understanding of what each
card means to you personally. Learn basic layouts so
that you can read for yourself and others.
Each week the
course will explore different topics and will involve
lots of practice working with the cards singly as well
as in pairs or small groups. There will also be some
group hypnosis as well as the opportunity for you to
share your thoughts or learning with the group and ask
any questions you may have along the way.
This course is not
just about learning to read the tarot although you will
undoubtedly learn to do this intuitively. It does also
explore psychological aspects including how various
cards relate to different times or events in your life
and which cards represent members of your family or
people from the past. All of this helps to give you a
deeper understanding of the Tarot and yourself as a
person.

Wednesday morning between 10.00am and
11.30am
The course is aimed at those who are in
their second or third trimester and who want to enjoy a more
relaxed pregnancy and birth. It provides the
opportunity to learn new relaxation and pain relief
techniques as well as giving you a chance to meet other
soon to be mums and address any worries you have
about pregnancy or birth. You will learn Self
Hypnosis and Relaxation Techniques, how to Induce
Anaesthesia in your hand and how to transfer it to any
part of the body as well as breathing techniques that
are helpful for use in Relaxation and at different
stages of Labour. All of this will help you to prepare mentally for
the birth and to feel confident and in control when the
time comes. I also provide individual sessions for
those who need to explore a particular issue in more
depth should the need arise.
